Course Terms & Conditions

Special terms & conditions apply to our courses.

Cancellations

• Payment will be required in full for bookings cancelled 14 days or less before the start date of the class
• On cancellations giving more notice, 50% is refundable but only if another student fills the place/s booked.
• All course fees are due, in full, one month prior to course commencement date
• Upholstery Warehouse reserve the right to re-arrange course dates, if necessary.
• If necessary, appropriate replacement cover for a teacher may be made. Every effort would be made to notify students in advance of the lesson.
• Any course may be withdrawn, suspended or discontinued by Upholstery Warehouse at any time.
• If courses are discontinued by Upholstery Warehouse once begun, a pro-rata refund or credit will normally be made, with an adjustment for any goods or materials supplied and any other out of pocket expenses incurred or committed.
• If a course is discontinued by the customer, any refund or credit will be at the discretion of Upholstery Warehouse.

Liability

• Upholstery Warehouse will not be liable for any work carried out during the classes.
• All furniture and materials brought onto the premises are there at the owner’s risk.
