Frequently Asked Questions

What is Animal Hair Filling 100 % used for?

Animal Hair Filling 100 % is used as the inner pad for cushion covers on sofas, chairs, and soft furnishing items, providing shape, comfort, and structure to the finished cushion.

What fill is best for sofa and chair cushions?

Feather and down cushion pads offer a luxurious, soft feel but require regular plumping. Hollow fibre pads are a practical, hypoallergenic alternative. Foam-filled pads provide firm, structured support. The fill type is shown in the product title.

What size cushion pad do I need?

Choose a cushion pad 2-4cm larger than your cushion cover for a full, plump appearance. For example, a 50cm x 50cm cover works best with a 52-54cm pad. This avoids a flat, underfilled look.

Are your cushion pads suitable for outdoor use?

Most cushion pads are designed for indoor use. For outdoor cushions, look for a waterproof or moisture-resistant fill. Check the product description for outdoor suitability.
